We’re inviting individuals and groups including churches, schools, choirs, military families, and communities, to share their rendition of the National Anthem. Selected finalists will be featured across Great American Media platforms as part of an ongoing celebration of our nation’s history!

Taking part in America Sings the Anthem is simple. This is an open invitation for voices across the country to be part of a shared national moment.
How to Participate

Submission Requirements
Simple guidelines to be considered for selection
- Share a performance that honors the spirit of the National Anthem
- Perform the lyrics as written to preserve its meaning and tradition
- Submit a clear, high-quality recording (video or audio) that is original to you and free of third-party rights or copyright restrictions
- Recording must be less than 90 seconds in length
- Open to individuals and groups
- Minors may participate with parent or guardian involvement
- Submissions must be received by May 31, 2026

We review submissions for performances that reflect quality, authenticity, and respect for the anthem.
- Vocal performance and quality
- Authenticity and emotional impact
- Respectful presentation of the anthem
- Clear, polished audio
Select performances may be featured across Great American Media platforms, with audio from submissions used for feature and distribution.
Official Terms
By submitting a recording, you confirm that the submission is original and created by the participant. Submissions may be uploaded in video or audio format, and Great American Media may use the audio separately from any video. Recordings that include copyrighted material or require any third-party license or permission (other than the National Anthem) are not eligible, and all performances must be respectful and consistent with the spirit of the National Anthem.
By submitting, you grant Great American Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display the submission across all media and platforms. Submission does not guarantee selection, and no compensation will be paid. Great American Media may determine eligibility and remove any submission that does not meet these guidelines.
If the participant is under 18, the submission must be made by a parent or legal guardian on the participant’s behalf.
