Nathan Burr never had the opportunity to meet his birth mother yet something inside him caused him to search for her. In our movie Meant to Be he sets off on a journey to not only find who his mother is but truly understand the reasons why she abandoned him as a baby.
We're proud to announce the release of our new pro-life movie Meant to Be starring Dean Cain, Della Reese, Erika Eleniak, and Bradley Dorsey. We're particularly excited about this release with the immense opportunity and platform to speak Christ's love into the lives of thousands of women making important decisions about their pregnancies and the value of their own life. What do Moses, King David, the disciples, Mary and Joseph, and John the Baptist all have in common? They all were chosen by God to do His will. In looking back on the lives of these people and what they accomplished it is hard to believe that most of them saw themselves as being unworthy of being chosen by God. In the same way we may feel that we are unworthy to do the things that God calls us to do whether that be sharing the word with a family member or friend or even praying for a random stranger.
In our new movie, The Mark, Chad Turner (Craig Scheffer) is faced with an extremely difficult situation in the one of the most crucial moments of the human race. Like us all Chad can’t understand why he has been chosen by God because he is not even a Christian. God’s plans are so often mysterious to us and they always seam to lead to places we don’t want to go. Yet in hind sight we can see that are lives are blessed the most when we go along with what the Lord has for us to do.
Challenge Questions:
- How have you been chosen by God?
- What do you do when the Lord asks you to do something that makes you uncomfortable?
How important is it to really know about the end times? It can be a subject that sometimes we neglect to share with our friends/family in a hopeful light. Our new movie The Mark deals with a lot of relevant issues with the end times and God's purpose for mankind. The main character Chad Turner (Craig Scheffer) is endowed by a special bio chip that makes a very wanted man in the midst of the world's recent chaotic end times. As he struggles with his new found purpose he is reminded of the conversation with his brother about God's purpose for his life despite the world's unfair reality. I believe it is up to us to have these types of conversations with our loved ones. God does not desire for any of us to be left behind. Christ's purpose will always triumph in the end and will overcome even our own understanding. We pray that this film may share a new inspiring way of reaching families for Christ with the message of hope and salvation in his purpose for our lives.
The Mark will be available on DVD & Blu-Ray on October 16th at all your local Christian Bookstores.
