For many, it is hard to imagine a time when Rev. Billy Graham wasn’t a household name. Deemed America’s “most famous preacher” and “the Protestant pope,” Graham’s legacy will endure for centuries to come. Counselor to presidents and a voice to millions, his message was a simple yet transformative one: the gospel of Jesus Christ. And transform people it did. Graham’s efforts are said to have led somewhere around 3 million individuals to Christ, and the ministry he leaves behind, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, is sure to impact many more.
